Role and Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates activities of the Americas Marketing with aim to grow BREAS’s business within the homecare, hospital and institutional markets.

  • Represent Americas marketplace product needs to SBU/R&D
  • Capture and maximize voice of customer
  • Liaison between sales and engineering – align priorities
  • Manage strategic pricing
  • Work with product management and operations to ensure successful market launch
  • Key contributor to NPI and BD initiatives
  • Drive digital / advertising strategy
  • Own training and marketing materials to augment high performance sales
  • Own after sale – service and support
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives
  • Works closely with the President on long term strategy and marketing for the Americas business
  • Represent Americas and overall needs to SBU heads, contribute with NPI initiatives

Demonstrates leadership within the Americas Marketing department, takes an active role in day-to-day operations, and participates in product development activities for respiratory business segment.
